Leadership starts from the inside out. In our experience, there is no process as impactful in such a short time as Oxford Leadership´s SML, Self Managing Leadership. This is usually where we start. Doing it together as a team is also the best start a team can have in building trust and high performance. With each team member being clear about their purpose, values, vision and barriers, the consecutive steps can be designed naturally attending to the needs, challenges and objectives of the team as a whole.

A team can be immensely productive if the collective wisdom of the team members is taken care of. The atmosphere can be nice and friendly but something is lacking. The real conversations are not taking place.
A Systems Approach recognises that individuals in a team influence one another. In our team workshops we create an awareness of team toxins, roles and expectations and design interventions to increase trust, joy and safety in the team.
How We Do It
We are attentive to our client’s challenges and needs. Every workshop is customised using the in depth experience we have of working with teams. Possible approaches:
- Creating shared meaning by working with purpose. Why are we here? Who do we want to be? What are the barriers? What wants to happen?
- Communication styles, relationships and interpersonal skills.
- Roles and expectations. Crucial conversations.
- Reflective journeys in nature to increase trust, creativity and collaboration.
